Our exchange and return policy at TACTIC BOARD PRO MAROC is a guaranteed right for all our customers. We offer this policy for all products displayed in our store. You can exchange or return any product purchased from us in accordance with the terms and conditions specified on this page.

You can return or exchange the product if it is in its original condition as purchased and packaged in its original wrapping. Returns or exchanges must be completed within three (3) days from the date of receiving the order. In the case of an exchange, the customer incurs the shipping costs for the new product at an amount of 45 MAD. Please contact us via the “Contact Us” page to request a return or exchange.

Please note that we are not responsible for any expectations regarding product use that were not mentioned on the product page on our site. A 30% deduction applies if the customer does not like the product and does not wish to exchange it when there is no defect.
